Its taken a long time to get to this point. There have been a few drafts. A number of design changes. And a ridiculous number of WP Theme changes (@ the time of this writing, it is the CopyBlogger theme which has been modified by OsCandy) Don’t worry, I’m sure its changed by the time that you are reading this.
The main issue with all the ‘delays.’ The need to have everything ‘perfect.’ The layout needs to be correct. The links need to be present and working. What about my little Twitter widget that shows my every movement? And how about my FriendFeed link? The truth is that I’m not sure when any of these things will be done so instead of making a number of excuses, I’m just going to start writing. Its time to focus again on substance over form.
So for the mess or disarray of this site or the constant change of layouts and colors, I’m only apologizing this once. But the state of this site – what ever it may be at the time that you are reading this – is exactly representative of my life. Always in flux. Never in a state of rest. I’m finally looking at my life in a form of ‘versions.’ I’m not sure how I’m numbering them so this might be the 31st version but its probably better to think that its along the lines of version 11,464! (After all, time is completely arbitrary and so is long and short!)
If you are someone who can’t be around someone like that or you feel an over-whelming sense to have stability as you believe that it is what gives you control over your life, then this probably isn’t the site for you. Regardless, please feel free to stop by. And if you must, point out my disarray. Point out the constant change. Point out my ADD. Comment – I welcome it. All that I ask is that you own your comments and thoughts. If you have something to say, own it.
